He has developed the company from grass root levels to a stage of national recognition, catering to a huge client base and providing employment to nearly 100 people. He achieved this feat by determination, operational promotion through various social media and direct marketing campaigns. His deep desire to implement the state of the art technologies drives the company to highest level of innovation. Foraying into new verticals in water treatment business is his aptitude which helps in company’s organic and inorganic growth. With a big heart, along with his brother Mr. Kalpesh Shah runs a charity medical center and also with equal spirit cares for his employees. He believes in attracting the right talent and retaining them after imparting technical and soft skills considering them as building blocks for future growth. He works for customer delight by analyzing their requirements and accordingly creates a business model with perfect strategy.

He joined EFPL, carrying behind 34 years of illustrious experience in diverse fields in Government and large-sized corporate sectors. He is an avid professional and is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the company by closely coordinating with the Board of Directors. His role is to plan, develop, implement, and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance. He takes the responsibility of forging new tie-ups in bringing cutting edge technologies and novel products in water treatment to make the company Numero-Uno. He is a part of the company’s business plan and enables company’s growth, implementating business plans and programs. He analyzes and makes recommendations on the prospects of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions. His inputs on budgeting and its impact on operations of the company with financial developments in the market as guiding force. His responsibility is to create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the company. He communicates effectively and establishes credibility throughout the organization as an effective provider of solutions to business challenges. His role is to mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and career progression for all members of staff.  He provides strategic input and steers the organization in conjunction with BOD on potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships JVs, and new dealer-distribution networks. His role is to make company grow from strength to strength by bringing continuous improvements in all the company’s operations. He is bestowed with strong leadership ability, commitment, professional business acumen, outstanding problem-solving skills, excellent man-management skills, and a soft corner for the team members as a whole.
