Sugar syrup Melting tank / Heating tank / Preparation tank

• For sugar syrup preparation.

• Tanks can be fabricated in ss 304 / 316 in sigle / double / triple jacketed tank with or without insulation.
• Tank fitted with stirrer or blending devise with pump and electrical panel. 
• Acessories like heater , spray ball , temp. sensor connected with it.

Sugar syrup filter press 

• The unfiltered liquid fed into the filter under positive pressure. 
• The filter media holds foreign particles and allows only clear 
• filtrate to pass through the central channel.
• To remove impurities from sugar syrup.

Blending tanks

• For storage / blending / Dispensing.
• Tanks can be fabricated in ss 304 / 316 in sigle /double/ triple jacketed tank with or without insulation.
• Available in capacities from 500 LTR to 10,000 LTR with inter 
• connected piping with pump and stirrer.

Pasteurizer

• To remove biological growth from it.
• In pasteurization plant the product heating up to the required 
• pasteurization temperature and it can be filled in hot condition or in case of filling in pet bottles of normal grade product needs to cooled and filled. 
• It can also be done by plate heat exchangers and corrugated tubular heat exchangers. 
• Capacity - Suitable for 500 / 1000 / 1500 LPH AND ABOVE.

Homogenizer 

• To make the beverage having uniform quality.
• Useful for enhancing the consistency , stability , uniformality , 
• brightness absorbency for fruit juice.

CIP ( Cleaning in place ) System
