NATURAL WATER   ULTRA FILTRATON(UF) MINERAL WATER SYSTEM

Definition of mineral water: Mineral water is water containing required minerals or other dissolved substances like calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, silica and bicarbonates, which is healthy to drink. Our water treatment systems are customized and designed to meet the conditions of local water sources and flow rate requirement.Quartz sand, Acitivated Carbon Filter and PP filters are particularly choosen for the mineral water treatment equipements for raw water treatments. This process not only removes large particles viz. odour, colour and some bacteria, but also protects back-end UF membranes, which helps prolong the overall life of the equipment. The Ultra Filtration (UF) membrane functions as the heart of the entire system to remove the major amount of impurities from the raw water. The Ultra Filtration (UF)  membrane serves as a molecular sieve. It separates molecules present in dissolved form by passing a water through an infinitesimally fine filter. The selective permeable membrane retains most of the macro molecues and all these molecules are removed considering certain size of colloid, micro-organism, and pyrogens.  The ultra filter is tough and thin which supports the selected permeable membrane to remove impurities. Smaller molecules, such as solvents and ionized contaminants, are allowed to pass into the filtrate. Thus, UF provides rich large molecules as retained impurities and chance of these molecules to retain in the filtrate are very less.

Filter material of Ultra-Filtration Water Treatment System:

When choosing filter materials, we offer tailor-made solutions in view of corrosion, pressure, vibration and temperature, as per conditions of the raw water sources of customers. As in illustration, if the TDS level of raw water are higher, then we recommend fibre glass filter tank in order to optimize the entire water treatment system.
